1. General Terms

2. Booking & Payment
2.1 To confirm an event booking, clients must pay 50% of the total amount as an advance. The remaining 50% must be paid before the event date.
2.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as agreed upon.
2.3 Any additional services requested after booking confirmation will be charged separately.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Client:
If canceled 15 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the event date.
3.2 Cancellation by The Rox Event Organisers:
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
4. Event Execution & Liability
4.1 We ensure professional execution of all events, but we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by:
Unforeseen weather conditions
Government restrictions or legal issues
Third-party vendors or venue-related concerns
4.2 Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions and permits for their events.
5. Third-Party Vendors
5.1 We may engage third-party vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, sound & lighting) for event services. While we ensure high-quality service, we are not directly liable for third-party performance.
5.2 Any disputes with third-party vendors must be resolved between the client and the vendor.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of The Rox Event Organisers and cannot be used without permission.
6.2 Any media (photos/videos) captured during the event may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Clients must adhere to event decorum and safety regulations. Any damage to venue property or event equipment due to negligence will be charged to the client.
7.2 Any inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that personal details shared with us are not disclosed to third parties without consent.
8.2 Our website may collect basic information for service inquiries, and by using our website, you consent to our data collection policies.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 In case of any disputes, we encourage an amicable resolution. However, if unresolved, legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
